I thought it was fun. Sure, some of the beats were obvious; sick daughter, dangerous geyser.. going to the movies and enjoying a little escapism. People have gotten hyper critical over every little thing nowadays when it comes to film.

My main problem was that the "dinosaurs" were not dinosaurs. I think the movie would have been a lot more interesting if they had tried to portray, accurately, the world in the final days before the asteroid.

Show us real dinosaurs that we actually knew existed back then, and have them act like ANIMALS instead of basic monsters. Ugly, unrealistic, biologically impossible monsters.

Sure, there would have been plenty of unknown dinosaurs that we haven't found fossils of, giving you creative liberties... but they still have to make sense. That four-legged T-rex zombie at the end was just an abomination, for example. Not scary, not exciting and not realistic.

The real animals were incredibly interesting, so I think it was a wasted opportunity to just make another monster movie. Why even set it on Earth just before the asteroid if you are just going to make everything up?

“I’m worried that people like things” 😂 that’s what you basically said. That worries me. Be more tolerant of different tastes. ❤

The shittiest movie. And why use a girl that has to play helpless and dumb instead of resourceful and bright
