I recently had a problem with my wooden floor and needed it fixed. I contacted 5 providers, 3 replied. 1 just stopped replying to my messages. 2 came to view. Neither sent a quote until I asked them. Neither followed up. …six months later my floor still isn’t fixed and I have the money in my pocket. People are so freaking poor at following up. I agree 100% with everything this guy says

Omg literally howling at following up for three years so funny. I've got such a different strategy, almost the complete opposite of what Sabri does, but everytime I go looking for a new client I get them, even the biggest players. But then my offer is blue ocean and I have the luxury of one very poor competitor with a different model so basically no competition. Learning a lot from Sabri as I diversify into other sectors where it's probably going to get harder.
