Look how happy he is after his breakthrough! My dog was like that after we rescued him from a puppy mill. Never stopped smiling for the rest of his life!

Took me 1 1/2 years before my rescue from a puppy mill became a “dog” again. She finally would walk on grass and accept other dogs as friends. She never really accepted being approached from above or behind. But once she started to accept the new love( after 6 years in a puppy mill, being bred with her brother) she learned to play and run and smile and cuddle with humans. I was so proud of her. ❤️🐶

Happy tears!! I used to rescue breeder dogs on Amish Farms in Lancaster, Pa. My heart couldn't take it anymore and had to stop for my own mental health. Thank you for all you do!! ❤
