There is a big difference between having high expectations, being demanding and pushing for excellence and being a jerk. Being a jerk is a consequence of emotional immaturity and narcissism.

I remember Phil Simms treated like crap by Parcells and he didn’t cry about it.

I agree with Chris on this one.

I was with you until I heard Flores was sending Tua “You suck” text messages, reported by Jeff Darlington.
That doesn’t sound like “tough coaching” or a “misunderstanding”.
That sounds like good old fashioned jackassery!

If it’s true that Flores was constantly putting Tua down, I wouldn’t hire him for another head coaching job. Building up your players is as much a part of the job as knowing Xs and 0s.

As a franchise quarterback he made hisself look soft as tissue. We already knew he was a little soft judging from the record when you not in perfect weather games

Didn’t Flores expose how Ross asked him to lose games on purpose? But yet Chris is saying Tua shouldn’t have exposed Flores? I’m confused

Chris Simms keeps saying "i saw it in my career."

Chris....you had NO CAREER.

So Brian Flores gets to treat Tua like shit for years, but Tua finally says one "mean" thing about flores, indirectly, and he's the one crossing the line? Lol simms you find any way to sound arrogant when it comes to Tua. I respect you for everything else you do, but the fact that you still havent dropped the attitude towards Tua is weird

Now Miami and the NFL conveniently have a witness in Flores discrimination case. SOMRTHING STINKS ABOUT THE TIMING OF THIS IF YOU ASK ME. He could have called Flo. Tua wanted to embarrass and hurt him. He is a coach doing his job. Very immature of Tua but that's the Country we live in. We love Flo in Minnesota. They did the same thing to Zimmer. The crybaby generation can't handle old school coaching. Flo changed with the times. Very nice guy. For all we know this is all about his claim against hiring Coaches.

He admitted he was horrible to Tua so you can’t be mad at Tua …

How the hell is florio gonna be a Vikings fan and mispronounce Josh Metellus’ name? Lmao

flores should've just doubled down and said tua is still terrible

Tua crossed the line…really! This was beyond jerky. The excuses are gross by Simms. He almost ruined Tua’s career. Who knows how many players didn’t make it because of terrible coaching, including you Nepo Simms.

So basically the lawsuit between Flores and the NFL is about to come to a close so the NFL is starting a narrative.

Brian won away games in December with Tua in 2021. Tough team with unknown wide receivers.

Simms reminded me about all of the players Ross got rid of during Flores's tenure. The owner was the problem at one point. You do not want a bad owner.

I don't know why everyone is acting like he "admitted" something. Not going into denial mode or saying what the OTHER person did to contribute, is not admitting anything. He simply didn't want to get into a back and forth over "he said, she said", over the past....that's how GROWN MEN handle that. Unfortunately, he was dealing with a petulant child.

Tua is lucky Minnesota is not on their schedule lol… 100% Flores runs an 11 man blitz

Sometimes you think a player needs a player needs you to push harder than you should to get them to the next level... and sometimes you go to far. To admit that is huge and is something only a person trying to be real can do. Very impressed with Flores and very happy to have him in MN!

Tua is sensitive and needs a coach that says good job let's go get a milkshake don't worry that mean man flores won't hurt you anymore
