I 100 times rather get rid of Grier instead of Flores

I think people are getting it confused the whole Watson trade was pushed by flo and the reason flo got fired was because of al l of his bad relationships with the staff qb and other players on top of changing the coaching staff and having no consistency Steven Ross came out and said that he “complete confidence in Tua”

Stephen Ross has DESTROYED this franchise; ever since he bought it, they've been a joke.

If Tua plays the full season, they make the playoffs. With the worst o-line in the league and one of the worst running attacks in football. Annnnd without his WR2 the whole year.

If Russell Wilson has been complaining about Seattle's OL, WTF makes you think he'll be coming down to the worst ranked, 32nd overall OL in the league?!?

Getting rid of Flores was a HUGE mistake, I'm honestly hoping he comes back to stomp Ross and crew like Tannehill did last week.

Stop with the comparison to Herbert already! The Chargers finished with the same record as the Dolphins this year - even though Herbert had a strong offensive line, great running game and valuable weapons surrounding him (they were 7-9 in his “glorious” rookie of the year season) - not to mention quality coaches with 100% belief in him. Tua had non of this this year. With the WORST O-Line, a running game at the bottom of the pack, one receiver who played healthy this year (who broke a record mind you), and an owner, GM and Head Coach that second guessed him most of the season and flirted (if not down right cheated) with a degenerate QB most of the year, he managed to bring a winning record to a sorry organization. All we hear about is Herbert’s strong arm but where is his smarts and resourcefulness? Tua is a champion with a heart of a lion who IS a top-tier QB. He’s intelligent, extremely accurate, and has showed off his arm when allowed to do so. Either get behind him as a Dolphins fan (that is if he stays here) or get lost and go root for the Chargers and be disappointed over there. Sorry Flores but you had three years and our record was worse this year than last. The progression towards a championship team isn’t happening and, as with all blame, the leaders who are directly involved are responsible. I think our team is amazing and I look forward to the future in South Florida! Go Dolphins!!

Why would an organization with this many questions be attractive to Russell Wilson or any established quarterback at this point??? I don’t even think Watson wants in without Flores

flores hates tua. his firing helps tua.

Give Tua a year with A (not two) competent OC and a good offensive line and THEN start yelling for a new starter if he flops again. Deshawn Watson (or any other good QB) won't save us unless these things happen first.

Clearly its about tua ... apparently Flores was for develloping him and ross who went all aroud US to talk to qbs and coach, not.

I like the move. Phins will flourish big time with Flores gone and Tua as qb.

The Dolphins with Tua starting are15 and 8 with few weapons and no protection the Chargers are 15 and 17 with Herbert and the Bengals are 12 13 and 1 with Burrow starting. Stats are nice but wins are better.

The best thing the Dolphins could do for Tua is to release or trade him so he could take his championship talent to another team that could take advantage of it.

If Russell has any sense, he will see this Flores sacking as a massive red flag

Build the o line and keep tua.
Tua > Wilson

Tua can get it done. He needs the support of his franchise and not all the embarrassing distractions he faced this year.

Flores was fired because he had a rift with Tua, and Ross voiced confidence in Tua as he was firing Flores. This means that the next coach will be saddled with Tua. Ross also showed a complete lack of patience and trustworthiness with his handling of Flores. Flores was told that he would have time to build a winner, he wasn't. With this in mind, what good candidate would want to come to Miami?

They fired the wrong guy. Flo deserved another year, Grier has had seven as the GM and he's presided over a mess of an OL throughout his tenure at the position. And that's not even talking about the QB he chose.
