Let us understand what is job burnout? Its a special type of work stress and it is a physical or emotional exhaustion which also involves a sense of reduced accomplishment at work and also the loss of personal ability. How do we identify it? There are three main symptoms involved in it. One is lack of motivation. The second is lack of pleasure in your job. The third is lack of belief in your ability to complete your task. So how common is job burnout? Post pandemic you all have been noticing that WHO survey it is been proven that almost about 41 % of the population have reported with job burnout. Now coming to an early sign of burnout. It is working harder towards the job and neglecting your own personal needs and having a difficulty in balancing your personal and your work life.
