What jump started my RE investing was eviction. I just got fed up dealing with devious Landlords. After buying a primary residence I realized buying a property was not that difficult so my wife and I started buying rental properties. So after getting evicted 15 years ago, my wife and I own six properties, all fully paid.

Chris, so why is it that that after watching hundreds of You Tube videos including yours. I find very few of them are honest, few represent them self well not even bothering to dress for filming, few know how to use a camera or even write a script on what they are about to lie about which I caught. In addition they focus on the wrong things then they wonder "why are there so many questions". I have seen so many floor shots I don't what a ceiling looks like. Many things are omitted or they just are dishonest about their products like cars sales person. Perhaps I should start a reaction video vlog to tell people oh! look what they just lied or omitted. I cannot believe that during this pandemic they want people to run out and see a property when can just let people know the truth ???
