British Airways Short-Haul Economy: What to Expect

Ryanair do not offer boarding via a jet bridge, at seat pocket, Hugh quality in flight food to purchase, adjustable head rest, have thinner seats, don't have an in flight flip down map, less leg room, don't have an adjustable table tray, less professional staff, fly from harder to access airports such as London Stansted and they drop you to non-central airports. They also don't have an adequate loysalty scheme or an alliance like One World, so frequent flyers would benefit travelling on BA more. Plus BA have their own modern dedicated terminal at London Heathrow which adds to the experience. They also have a more generous luggage allowance. You cant bring a cabin bag anymore on Ryanair without paying extra for it.

In answer to your question....Not a lot. My girlfriend will tell you that the baggage allowances are better and the passengers better behaved too. Otherwise, not a lot between EasyJet and BA on short haul. Light years between BA and Qatar, Emirates, Cathay and Singapore in all long haul classes of course.

The fact that you have to buy water or plane shitty coffee is a joke. When it comes to service it’s one of the worst. Never ever.

BA Short Haul Economy: don’t expect anything. They call themselves a legacy carrier yet operate like a LCC on short haul.

Sorry but hardly a review if you include a lounge. That's just self indulgent as that is not a normal part of the economy experience for everybody queuing up for that class. Particularly as a 'Curve card' is hardly accessible by your world wide audience but is EU specific. And I'm assuming you don't just want people from the EU watching and subscribing?
