Farming is a hard life in the Philippines, most farmers are subsistence farmers. I wanted to show the real Philippines as I film a farmer touring his rented farm, providing for a family of 5.

I love how they did their jalousie windows with plywood, great innovation there. Always fascinating seeing how life is over there. A few more goats could really add to their income but it is good seeing them so self-sufficient. Chees for sharing :)

They do live simply. I wish the home was safer and cleaner, but with so many living in such small spaces, I understand that must be difficult. God Bless them. 😁👋🧡

Thank you so much, very helpful video. In fact my dream setting: vegetables, chicken, carabaos. I would make a second pond, sheeps or goats, put 1000w of solar panels, and set the kitchen outside of the living area. And have a great renting contract (get sure you wont get thrown away for any reason).
