I have yet to be able to find a workout tracker that can accommodate doing different weights and reps for the same exercises. It seems like such a basic task. For instance doing bench press - 1st set weight 100 x 8 reps, 2nd set 110 x 6 reps, 3rd set 115 x 3 reps. All of these notion templates ALL do bench press 3 sets 100lbs x 12 repettions. Which is not a common thing for working out.

Hi, great video! Would it be possible to create templates for each workout that can be repeated each week but that still allow me to update reps or weight for each one of them? When I try to duplicate a workout, all the data with exercises and sets x reps, etc, is missing in the duplicated page :c

Great video! Whenever I log a new workout, the exercises from the previously logged workout is still present on the new session page. Also, if I do the same exercise multiple times (say I bench 2x per week), the exercise log will not reflect this. It will only have one column with the exercise name and the data from the most recent log. The date I planned and completed the workout will also not automatically reflect on the workout log. How can I fix this?
