Hello, maybe you know how to turn on voice information about heart rate zones so that you don't have to watch your Apple Watch all the time. I need to set the training in a specific heart rate zone, and for the watch to inform me if my heart rate is too high.

A lot of the videos I have see cover the same basic features which is likely because its geared for a more casual work out so thank you for pointing out the heart rate notifications. I did have to look at my watch constantly to see the heart rate zones. This will help me better focus!

From the first gen Apple Watch to the Series 10, gamification of daily fitness is still my favorite feature. I'm still trying to figure out if sleep tracking is even useful for me. I wish Apple would make sleep an optional ring.

Sorry but carbs are the primary energy source, as glucose is water soluble. If these energy resources are exhausted, fats are converted into water soluble ketones, replacing our lovely friend glucose. So in high intensity workouts, so in the higher zones not lower zones, fats are burned.
