An example of an anti popeslainer who’s also anti SSPX as far as I know is Patrick Coffin (I think he may have actually coined the term ‘popesplainer’). Pity he retains this anti SsPX bias

This is the tact I like to take, unfortunately most peeps have no idea about this. They just hear the chatter.

The reason why people say "not in full communion" is because of the hierarchy of the church. The SSPX communities are called missions because they are not operating under the direct command of the Local Ordinary. That is why exorcist Father Chad Ripperger, FSSP, speaks about "not in full communion." Yes, it is definitely and internal matter, and the SSPX is not at fault. The reason why they are persecuted is because their position is to admonish the world's Bishops and remind them to condemn error and teach the Catholic Faith clearly and faithfully. In the times we are in, soon many will be forced into these mission communities, because some Bishops are not just tolerating error, they are preaching it. So, we will soon thank God for the SSPX. There is an SSPX community where I live, and the priest there is a saint. Sadly, they have to operate out of a hotel. Many Bishops are leading souls to hell as our Lady foretold.

My late parents were SSPX and forty years ago they built a chapel in a major city with their own money, providing hundreds of families with a place to worship and receive the sacraments. For their trouble an SSPX “priest” who they hosted in their own home, ripped them off in the middle of the night, taking cash, silver, bonds, even books and the gold chalices, etc, right out of their house. It was everything they had and they were faced with either calling the cops and possibly causing a big problem for the society, or just accepting the loss. They were left destitute, the chapel had to close/was sold, and my parents had to move into a ramshackle house 100 mi away and start over. They never expressed any negativity about what happened. They did contact the SSPX bishop but got no help or even promise of investigation. They were never able to attend a Tridentine rite Mass again. They had to move too far away (because of the financial hit) to access the “indult” Mass later. They were old by this time. Am I anti-SSPX? I’m dubious I guess. There’s no SSPX within 500 mi of me. I’m stuck with the diocesan TLM, in an area with few Catholics of any persuasion. I share this history because it can happen. My folks really put themselves out there to build the chapel and pick up the priests from the airport, provide a comfortable place for them to stay when they came to town and they were burned in every way possible. They weren’t bitter, but they were utterly alone. The families dispersed back into either no mass at all or to the Novus Ordo. Nobody offered to help them. No “bishop” called or responded to their letters. (The internet didn’t exist yet.)
They said their rosaries every day and prayed for the pope and the SSPX.
