Helen was not having the life that she deserved: unfortunately, her mother has been out of the picture ever since she was a child, meanwhile her grandmother and father strongly biased her half-sister Christine. So she chose to escape from her terrible daily life by drowning herself in these beautiful self-designed dreams called "Lucid dream". However, one day, even in the dreams, where everything was supposed to be under her control, things started to go south and there's no more happy ending as she wanted. What does this mean? Will this be a wake up call for Helen to stop running away from her problems or will she be spiraling down even deeper in her dreams which now turn out to be a nightmare.

I'm glad she found her mom and has the family she deserves. It is a shame her Dad doesn't know the truth. All though, a part of me thinks he knows what his mother did. He ruined his marriage by listening to his mother and not giving the main girl's mother a chance to explain. The only reason he treated her so bad was because of his mother. He let his mother control him and his life. Now, he lost his daughter, which in my opinion is a good thing.

I'm a dreaming person, so I always go to bed whenever my life gets devastating or stressing and I also have these kind of dreams, they're not exactly scripted, it's just where I can be happy in my own imagination, but once I wake up I realize it's just a dream and that I'm back to reality where no one in my family have time to spend with me nor I feel loved, so I stay alone in my room all the time. This story truly inspired me to focus on my reality more than my dreams, so from now I'm working hard to get a better life!
