To me, this was a good vid. I'm not trying to discredit the chick in the vid but, she relatively made the lift easier by putting 2 Step apparatus' underneath the Plates. Therefore making the lift easier since it lowers the ROM (Range of motion). Sumo deadlifts naturally uses less ROM compared to Traditional deadlifts because of the stance.
