I make pot roast the day before in a CrockPot (no fuss and easy !!) gravy, roasted potatoes, French string beans (steamed), stuffing (everyone wants the stuffing) and cranberry sauce. Most of the food is prepared in advance. Festive, easy and no crazy. Oh! I forgot ....popovers -- how could I forget that ! Popovers are always a hit ! A relaxing, joyful celebration. Everyone can bring dessert as I don't eat sugar. Enjoy the season!
