My new favorite breakfast

Should never season eggs before cooking them. They come out looking grey and dead, and burnt seasoning doesn't work here. Exceptions are a pinch of salt and/or sugar. Instead, toss them in a bowl with a light sprinkling of your preferred seasoning just before serving. Trust me.
