The best doctor on YouTube. His videos on sugar, fats, addiction, and fasting have been watched by me so many times I have been waiting for new stuff. These videos have changed my life :) I now fast, eat low carb, no sugar, no flour, no refined seed oils, and eat only grass fed meat, high quality eggs, wild caught fish, low carb veggies (non root), low carb fruits like berries, and high fat nuts occasionally like pecans. I’ve never felt better. Fasting in my opinion is the most critical part of this. Keto ask is powerful.

I am always looking forward to Dr. Jamnadas lectures. I am coming from 2 years Keto and are doing intermitting fasting (19/5) an low carb for 1 year now. I am eating fresh vegetables with water boiled meats (fish, beef, chicken) and add butter to it afterwards. I am also using linseed oil (flaxseed oil), native cold pressed canola oil and native extra vergine olive on my daily salad.

Since I now discovered, that I should avoid polyunsaturated fats, I don't know how to adjust my meal plan, since butter is high in AGEs and all liquid fats are mostly polyunsaturated. Should I switch from butter to ghee and use mct oil instead of native coconut oil and cut out all vegetable fats all together? Seems a little extreme, but that's what I understood from listening to it.

It's astounding what the food industry gets away with.. TBHQ in cooking oils, MSG in snacks, disodium phosphate as a "preservative".

Thank for the life-saving knowledge

What "Labour of ❤" to "Headucate" Us.... endless gratitude to You Doc.🎉..I have a better understanding of when & how it all went wrong.,
eg. 1960_70's : when all these awful products snuck in to make Us (my Parents 1st)believe we were lacking in our Local cultures; messed with our taste buds ....Thank God many are returning (sad to say even forced)post nat.disasters eg. Hurricanes to appreciate or be exposed to our "Roots Food" esp. younger Generations ....but no sooner fall back (lesser or greater extent) until We have health issues & learn why:., ..even pre baby stage & importance of Breast Feeding & Nutrition in early Childhood & throughout; feel for the less fortunate., ..
You've brought more to table with a touch of humour. ...Blessings! Thank You Soo much on behalf of us all...
