It’s not actually inherently true that the quality of men engineers is substantially better than women, on the basis of mathematics… there’s literally no evidence to support his claims. Qualitative data is not sufficient to argue this point.

It’s like saying “Asians aren’t good at American jobs because they’re a minority in the USA” if you use the same logic, it just doesn’t work.
