A student of mine shared that he’s got a credit card from college (about six years ago) sitting in his desk at home.

I shared that we MUST make sure the company does not close the account (this one card was anchoring his credit score in the high 700s).

He is planning on buying real estate!

So, we can’t afford to let the company close the account due to inactivity. And he did what any millennial would do.

He called mom!

Mom shipped out the card and we put one subscription on the card and set up automatic payments and he’s good to go. This ensures the account stays open and continues building credit.

Even when given the opportunity to provide an audience with good information, you still chose to make the "call mom" comment which added nothing to this video. You speak with lots of arrogance and insecurity.
