All in quarantine here near Paris……… no noise outside. Something good in this bad, sad, situation: we can hear birds song all around, they spread love and that’s bring warm in my heart ❤️

I'm re-reading John O'Donohue's book titled, Beauty. I gathered rosemary and lemon thyme from my garden today and made an herbal tea. Later I baked bread. I wandered around me sanctuary of a backyard where many trees and shrubs are greening up. I look for beauty everywhere because it brings me peace. Yesterday I watched the movie, The Secret Garden, and I watch videos like yours. Over the weekend I connected with all four of my adult children. I am at peace in the middle of all this Great Unknowing.

The last few months I have returned to an old hobby of mine, quilting. Recapturing the joy of creativity using bits of fabric and thread for a gift of practical beauty.

I dropped an aloe plant at the door for my granddaughter who turned 6. No party this year. She loved the plant and told me she watered it and is looking for the right place for it. This is a way for me to connect with her and talk about nurture, and kindness when we can't be together. For Mums in Britain, a Blessed Mother's Day.

In a world full of chaos and confusion it can stressful. In times where there seems to be nothing but darkness, you shine out. You spread love, values, and peace. Thank you. It really helps.

As an italian currently in lockdown (it's been more than two weeks already), thank you very much. We needed this. Here we have restrictive measures that are unpredecented for a Western democracy (police patrolling the streets to ensure you don't leave your home if not for essential reasons etc), and even if we know that it's for the best (we have about 35k cases and almost 5k deaths) it can be quite anxiety inducing. It's becoming harder and harder to keep my mental health in check. Thank you for providing a much needed moment of calm :)

Thank you Niamh. As usual, sane and supportive ideas.
I live in Spain where we are all in obligatory isolation except for essential journeys. Panic isn't going to help. Keeping calm, safe and as healthy as possible will help. May I please take this opportunity to ask everyone to stay at home as much as is humanly possible - no matter what your government is advising. This simple measure can protect you and all others in this complicated time.
I wish you all the very best.

Just to say Thank you for a very therapeutic vid on my Sunday evening!
I had difficult time slowing down this year! I retired from career in 2013- 58yro, but missed keeping busy & interaction with public! So continued parttime work till Feb.when covid first began here (USA). I just found & subscribed to your channel. It will be very beneficial to me on this new lifestyle! Luckily (65yro) Im still mobile, drive & have 2 small dogs that keep me occupied, give unconditional love! I am very grateful & blessed thus far❤ So my thanks to you- peace n' love!

You're so calming, thank you for your videos. Sending much love from Canada 🇨🇦 I kind of teared up when you said it's a positive thing for the Earth and this situation is giving the Earth a much needed break. I so agree and find joy in that. ❤️❤️

Bless you for your wonderful videos. I’m from the southern part of the US where things are starting to get much worse. I was laid off from my job on Friday and spent about 5 minutes in a panic because I also take care of my elderly mother. But I am so grateful for all that I have I have truly been blessed beyond my deserving and I focus on that. I’m amazed at the beauty around me and plan to take this time to relax and re-evaluate my life. Your videos speak to my soul. Thank you.

I’m a barista at a Whole Foods, so I’m going to work during this time. I’ve been so anxious going into every shift, but it’s making me relish in my time off more than ever before. I’m meditating, doing yoga, dancing, reading, and cooking. I’m enjoying new wines, catching up on sleep, checking in with friends I don’t usually talk to daily. Everything is scary right now, but little things are becoming more luscious, and maybe that’s what I can take away from all this. Thank you for this video...it’s exactly what I needed before going into work. ❤️

Just finishing work tomorrow then going into isolation for however long it takes. Planting my veg garden and looking forward to more balance. 💗

Thank you so much for a much needed moment of calm. After checking with and leaving my details with elderly neighbours, we self isolated.I have been gardening, reading, stitching and knitting. It all helps to calm the mind. I only watch the news once a day for info too, as that increases stress levels. Your calming and soothing videos are more important than ever at a time like this so thank you so much. 💚

Hi! Thank you for Fairyland Cottage for this video! And I would also like to Thank all people in this comments section who are praying for this Pandemic to end.
Being an Indian, I too am quarantined with my family in my home. We are mostly spending time together, praying to get over it soon, praying for the essential care providers who are dealing with this crisis being in the frontline!
But somewhere amidst this, I am finding some positivity... like..the AQI is decreasing, the rat-race has suddenly paused, we are thinking more about the society than about our careers and professions.
I hope this good going remains even after this Pandemic ends. Prayers for all my fellow humans in every part of world! And yeah, take love ☺️

So happy I found your videos a few weeks ago 🥰
The last days I started a sustainable living project with my 2 little kids. Buying a lot of things free of waste made veggiewater build a veggie patch in the garden made body and housecleansing products on our own and and and... I wanted to do all these things since a long time. Now you and your videos inspired me to finally start 😃
Thank you a lot for what you do for us and the environment!
Wishing you all the best and love from Germany

My daughter was two weeks into her first job when she had to stop practising as a massage therapist, and start practising social distancing, like everyone else. Now that she's home so much, we have started clearing out cupboards, and stumbling across so much memorabilia.. stuff we'd forgotten about that makes us laugh, and reminisce, and just be. We never would have found the time for this and now a daunting task of decluttering has turned into a task we relish every day, and I will be forever thankful for this time together. May we all find peace.

Sending a big collective hug from the U.S. This too shall pass. I find not just in these difficult times, but each day or night, I just sit and go quiet, thinking of how grateful I am for even the simple things each day. In spite of the panic and worry, there will always be a tomorrow. So I appreciate what is now, and have faith about tomorrow. Love to you all. ❤️. Thank you to all of the medical community.
