I think Female Titan's ability to form a crystal coccoon actually came from Warhammer Titan. And attracting pure Titans with her scream is surely Founding Titan's ability she can mimic.
Now, a lot of people can ask, how she ingested Founding Titan or Warhammer Titan's body part, she didn't, the power probably got passed down from the previous owner.

It's interesting how the more recent iterations of the 9 Titans look like they evolved in some way; the Jaw from Ymir was essentially a normal titan with a stronger bite, Porco had hardened claws, an armored face which lets him take more abuse, while also doubling as teeth which would (hypothetically) be better suited for biting through objects like rocks or Titan Hardening (unlike Ymir who was more suited to biting flesh since she had regular teeth). Falco had both the face plate and regular jaws, but he inherited the power of flight because of Zeke's spinal fluid giving him Beast Titan attributes, giving him the ultimate agility achievable.
