This episode was even more emotional than the James Hollis one. I really hope your guest gave you a hug at the end of the podcast ... if not, here is my virtual hug, Dr Huberman...That sob at the end is worth thousands of words💜.
“In the depths of suffering, the potential for transmutation emerges, for we are all alchemists of our own experience, Dr Huberman.”

This is beyond amazing. You can feel the pain she's been through in the way she speaks. Thank you for your guidance ❤️

I needed this. Horrible break up on the 4th after 1.5 years of laughter and happiness. A switch just flipped and he’s like a completely different person. My tears and confusion didn’t move him in the least. He was a very feeling and kind person, and it was like dealing with a robot. This pain is incredible.

Only solution for every problem is meditation but still we are lazy to do it😢

this works better if that compassionate attention comes from somebody else next to you, it's therapeutic, like a friend, family member, or therapist. but they need to know how to give that no-bs compassionate attention, meanwhile most people would flood you with bs advice while you're in pain.
