The most insulting part isn't even that Valve doesn't update TF2. So many online games come and go as devs finally add in everything they wanted and leave in their final state for everyone to experience.
The insulting part is that Valve on a regular basis adds new loot boxes for people to spend money on and yet provides no support to the community they constantly take money from.
