In this video, I, explain Gulf War Illness and its impact on veterans seeking VA disability benefits. I discuss presumptive conditions, which are health issues the VA assumes are service-related without requiring direct proof, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and certain gastrointestinal disorders. I also highlight how recent legislation like the PACT Act has expanded recognition of these conditions. Additionally, I guide you on navigating VA resources, consulting Veteran Service Officers, and understanding the presumptive conditions list for Gulf War veterans.

Thank you for your service. My dad served in Vietnam and Desert Shield.

I was deployed to Djibouti in 06-07. The mission was to protect the base. We also went to the port and protected NATO ships and USN ships. We will do patrols on the Gulf of Aden. I wonder if that is enough to meet the any requirements in the “south east Asia” region.

Have you heard anything about the botulinum shot in the Gulf War? Supposedly there were 8, 300 troops given this shot and I was one of them. The VA has denied my Basil cancer even after cutting part of my ear off. Thanks.

They deny headaches/migraines all day everyday. I was diagnosed in service, now being denied stating, migranes come from the diagnosis of headaches!!!
