I thought all my life that I definitely love masculine man. Until one day I met this guy, he is feminine in sense that he is very sensitive loves to cook and care a little too much about his appearence (he is like Ted from himym). I cried once at my workplace (there was some shit happened) but i was trying to avoid any human contact. This guy came up to me, brings a chair and sat me down. He covered my work when ppl demand my service while I'm being a total wreck and he would come back to me just to cheer me up. Shit never in my life i find someone who is so comfortable with emotional shitstorm. Even i don't know how to handle my own emotions. Usually masculine guys would just give me space when i cry. I never received such comforting gesture. :')

I noticed that when men and women describe traits of masculinity and femininity, they often attribute positive traits like confidence, being brave, and sticking to your word with masculinity, but they attribute negative traits like, weakness, insecurity, unreliability towards femininity. I wonder if that has something to do with how society deems women as less valuable than men. Also, I find it interesting when a woman exemplifies masculine traits, she is regarded in a positive light but when a man exemplifies feminine traits he is ridiculed. I just find these relations to be very interesting.
