The most abysmal Irish defence ever?

From a tap kick, Japan flanker Sinali Latu runs through the poor tackles of number 8 Paddy Johns and hooker Terry Kingston before passing to his fellow flank forward Ko Izawa who brushes off the awful technique from the attempted tackle of wing Simon Geoghegan and runs past full back Conor O'Shea who just seems to fall over and let him pass during the Rugby World Cup match at Free State Stadium, Bloemfontein in May 1995.

bit harsh on geoghegan (your caption) he was hit by a very good hand off and had gone in too high on a guy you would not expect to see him coming.. if you think that's awful then you have a pretty high bar
