Stop shitting out terrible decisions with flimsy or no Constitutional basis, while simultaneously claiming that six to seven decades of established precedent are irrelevant. If the President can pick who to appoint, and there’s a history to each judge’s prior performance, then one Party can make the court vote in favor of more conservative or more democratic values. That seems like a conflict of interest. Why don’t the people pick the judges?
