How to Force VSync on AMD Video Cards - Fix Tearing on AMD Cards.

This guide will walk you through how to force VSync on those games or applications that don't have the option to in their options menu.

Just researched and found out this vsync is only for open GL... It does not work in ANY of the DX apps unfortunately.

This only works for OpenGL applications, and does NOT work for apps using DirectX or Vulkan. If anybody can find a way to do this for those types of applications on AMD graphics please let me know

i use the old amd catalyst control center.
because windows 7 is alot faster that 10.
(don't believe me? compare GTA V on 7 and 10.)
