Bodycam footage released by the Perkins Police Department shows third-grade teacher Kimberly Coates testing over the legal limit for alcohol. Coates, who was working at the school that day, faces a public intoxication charge.

It's DISGUSTING that this was posted online!!! It's going to make it that much harder for her to accept help in the future. I'm sure she doesn't want to lie but she's sitting there with her boss & multiple officers.... I'm sure she's terrified & so ashamed.😢😢😢

She should have just called her husband and dealt with it but now she had to get arrested and then call her husband from the jail to get bailed out ridiculous

For the record she didn’t have to consent to any of that without an attorney present. The lady was honest enough to comply why can’t we just have sympathy for a woman who obviously needs help

Even the best of people can hit rock bottom because of alcohol. It's so sad. I feel so sorry for this lady. I also feel sorry for her students and thankful they are ok, you never know how someone will react after drinking alcohol. I'm sure she feels terrible for this having happened, embarrassed for her and her family, and I'm sure she is missing her students. I hope she gets the help she needs and then gets to teach again. I'm praying for her big time!

I don't agree of her coming to work intoxicated especially in her profession but do you blame her . Students today have zero respect towards teachers and authority, hopefully this lady gets the help she needs and changes profession 🙏
