I would also go to advance settings and click use original audio. I believe since Zoom would treat the scarlet input 1 or 2 as right or left channel, if enabled stereo recording. This would be good if use with mixer. Thanks for the video and I love my 2i2.

I have found that the native windows driver (Scarlett 2i2 USB) does work although it is only using 1 channel. The windows driver does not have a single channel option. If you use the Focusrite driver (Analogue 1 + 2), this will not work. With the PC downstream mic setting up to 100%, the level is about 20db lower than using the Win10 2i2 USB driver. I am not talking about preamp level in the device. I am talking about setting the level in Windows. I have contacted Focusrite support but they have no answer.

My question is how do I “record” the Zoom Audio from our (15 minute) transatlantic conversation?

For me clicking on "use original audio" on Zoom didn't work so I turned it off and my audience was able to hear me through both channels. I have a Behringer C-1 and the same Scarlet 2i2 but I also had to re install its drivers to fix the issue

Hi, I followed your setup and it's perfect. But when I played a video with an audio on the same laptop during a presentation, my audiences cannot hear the video's audio. They can only hear me talking but the video has no sound at all. Is there a setting that I missed? 🤔

I get weird/different results every time.. sometimes it works just fine.. sometimes zoom does not detect any sound from the 2i2 (even though the device is detected and selected).. sometimes I can't hear the other participants through the 2i2 headphone connection.. the sound comes straight through the laptop im built sound (even though the interface is selected).. sometimes I can't hear the desktop audio.. sometimes my participants can't hear the desktop audio.. is there some driver problems or something..?

Hey, thanks for this, although I hear myself out of the Focusrite, I don't see any audio showing up in Zoom settings. I have my settings / mic set as the 2i2 - just a reg mic no phantom power

great video. One issue I'm having is that I have a DAW sending audio from a track to the interface. I can hear the track audio through the headphones connected to the interface, but not on Zoom. However, I can hear my guitar on zoom. Seems like the input audio is being sent to Zoom, but not the output from the audio track. Any ideas?

How do you designate the people on the other end of zoom, as input one, so that I can control their volume? Does the Scarlett always designate itself as channel two or is there a screen in Zoom were I can select the inputs?
