Hi.. I have windows 10 (21H1 version) After setting up everything properly, I am not able to get input from my mic. No gain light gain is blinking while speaking into the mic. A little fluctuation comes while inserting the xlr cable. Although the output is fine with headphones. Please suggest what to do.

I have a church gig coming up & I'm using a Nektar Impact 61 midi controller with my MacBook and a Behringer audio interface; when I tried connecting everything up tonight, the sound tech told me back at the board he was getting no sound; Now, I'm taking the output of the interface into the input of the direct box - it's passive, so signal might be too low - and from there outputting via a mic cable back to the mixer. We tried everything tonight to get it working. Couldn't figure it out. Then I come home and saw that the input was on instrument. Should I have had the input on a line level signal?

Thanks for making this video, really appreciate it! I’m getting a Scarlett 2i2 and was wondering why the Focusrite website asks whether you’re using only headphones or headphones and speakers? I will only be using headphones for now but I will have speakers in a few months, would I be able to change this setting? Or would it be something I can just change in Ableton?

Thanks for the amazing video, I'm about to get Scarlet but was wondering if it would work the same way if I get usb c to usb c cable ( instead of usb c to usb 2 which is included ). Wondering if usb hub wouldn't result with higher latency in case of recording guitars. Please let me know if you have any info about it, and if not - I 'll share here once I try it :)
