Are Xbox One Controllers Compatible with Xbox One S???

After having some questions about whether the Xbox One controller is compatible with the Xbox One S we decided to put it to the test.
We took an Xbox One controller and hooked it up to the Xbox One S. We found that it worked just fine. We then decided that we should hook the Xbox One S controller up to the Xbox One and see if that would work as well. After hooking it up we found that it indeed did work just fine.
We can confirm that the Xbox One controller works with the Xbox One S and the Xbox One S controller works with the Xbox One.

To everyone asking if it will work wirelessly Xbox one controller to Xbox one S, and vice versa the answer is yes. make sure the controller is off, use your micro USB cord to plug it into the console. You will see the power button on the controller light up, once it does unplug the cord and it will work wirelessly.
