I'm not sure how Black and White beats out Black 2 and White 2

Black White 2 is literally the same map with more stuff added to it and it has the World Tournament which had every gym leader in the series up to that point!

I'm not even sure they should really count as two separate game since you need both of them to access the secret events.

Heart gold and soul silver was amazing but i have to give it omega ruby and alpha sapphire those games are legendary plus the exploration and how big hoenn is. I feel like that most of the time you're in the water which is great hoenn has a massive land space until you get to dewford town/ĺillycove city/ mossdeep city

Sun and Moon are grossly underrated. Best story in the franchise, best region in the franchise, introduction of Regional Variants, elimination of HMs, retention of Mega Evolution, and shaking up the Gym battle formula for once.

My personal top 3 are Pokemon Silver/Gold, Emerald, and Black and White🙌🏽

My top 10 ranking would be (using the remakes in place of the original games):
1) Black 2 and White 2
2) HeartGold and SoulSilver
3) Black and White
4) Diamond, Pearl and Platinum (soon to be Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl)
5) Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire
6) FireRed and LeafGreen
7) Sword and Shield (with the expansion pass. Without it, it would've been lower)
8) X and Y
9) Sun and Moon (including their Ultra games)
10) Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee

Went back to play them all. Blue and red weren't as good as I remembered the others were decent but gold and silver was just so amazing and iconic.

4.Gen 7(personally my favorite)

6.Gen 1
