This happened to me for almost 2 weeks beginning of 2021 in Jan/Feb - I can't remember the exact dates, but for sure, I was manifesting a lot of things and setting things in motion, planted the seeds for March of 2023! :) I have also woken up once between 3am-5am and channeled like a 12-stanza poem. It was all in the right structure with rhymes and what not. I'm just like is this the hours where the muses can come together. I could sense 2 of them together, but as a claircognizant I couldn't figure out the details other than I grabbed a notepad and started writing. My writing was terrible because I was half asleep, but definitely, 3-5am...! :P Thanks for the video :) Love your energy!

100% agree.. I've been waking up at this time since my awakening and alignment in 2006. It's a blessing to be in resonance of the earth and the cosmos.. as a result my gifts and talents have increased in cohesiveness with my souls mission. Which I am actively doing to this day... assisting humanities ascension in raising the frequency on Earth and therefore the multiverse 🎨🌏

I woke up at 3 am This morning hearing in my head "shock & aww" 💜

Every morning 310 ish. Without fail. Wide awake and happy. Love it. Until 430pm. Then I am exhausted. Thankfully I have a 5 yr old who gets up at 5 and goes to sleep early. Works for us and makes everyone so annoyed but it is our schedule and we like it. We are morning people. I get my meditation done and her stuff for the morning plus it is so quiet in a house of two generations.

Waking up at 3am for me is a classic, the new thing is having vivid dreams of spaceships and ETs. I honestly am not sure if it's just a imagination or if its an awakening to this part of me, who I am, where I have to go, what to do.

Yes, absolutely!... I've been waking up a few minutes after 3'oclock in the morning, for the past week.
All of a sudden I come to (out of my dream state) and can literally feel in my body that it's 3:00am. This is very usual for me, however. As I've practiced a life of obedience and atunement with spirit.
However, you have explained in similar terms where we can all understand and become more enlightened.

I have awoken to that exact same jolt more times than I can remember. It was so intense. Felt like I was coming out of a drowning situation and back into my body😮. Scared me to the point, I thought I/my body was experiencing physically stress. Now, I know exactly what it was!

I am waking up at 3am every day for at least 6-8 months..and I can't fall back asleep until like 5:00 and it's killin me lol

For the last 3 nights, I woke up at 3:31, what can be the meaning? I was dreaming of something different every night but I don't remember what it was. And also when I turned the light off after it, I "saw" a figure, a black figure near the door, this one was the 1st time. I guess it was my mind.

So I’m sitting here, it’s 5:53 am and watching this because for 3 nights I’ve heard strange noises and this is at 3:00 am on the dot!! And having nightmares! And for some weird reason I had a feeling it was a UFO.. Because 1 week before my my and I both noticed a”UFO” . Off and on for an hour . The next night I had a vivid nightmare, and woke at 3am hearing some STRANGE ASS SOUND! Again the same exact thing the next night So I stayed up all night. It’s 6am and I’m gonna try en get some sleep 🙏.

me, i woke up at 3 am everyday now. seeing spirits! but don't know what they want to talk about. at first i woke up at 4, then slowly to 3 am. i mistaken it as my body giving wrong signals to wake up 🤔

I've had this happen to me and would like someone's input. There was a period of a few days where i was waking up exactly at 3 a.m. The last day i woke at that time, I saw a woman standing right infront of my sister, staring at her as she slept. As I stared at her, I noticed she looked exactly like my sister, except with black hair and wearing all black. I was fully awake, stared at her, even rubbed by eyes to make sure I was awake. She looked at me, acknowledging I was awake, then turned back to staring at my sister sleeping. I wasn't scared or didn't feel any negativity, which I stopped to sense the energy. any ideas on what that might have been?

What about waking up seeing astral spiders? They crawl around for a few seconds and then fade away..

I woke up 3 am when the place I'm sleeping in has negative energy then sometimes I saw vines then it disappear. 🎃
