We can't say ataturk as a dictator.Because in 1923 several coups occured against modern republic in the east sides of Turkey.Ataturk always wanted to achieve multi-party system, he wants to establish oppostitional parties but when he tries it rebels always used it as an opportunity to destroy the republic.
