I do remember someone doing this with a PA28. I think it was more of an oval wing though. There is also a video by 73Vlad using the interesting oval concept on an actual aircraft.

Maybe simulate this plane in something like Simpleplanes or Flyout? You can probably make a circular wing in those games…

That is certainly an interesting kinda glad it never got pass the concept/ slight testing it really doesn't look safe at all tbh. I think it would fall apart like the doors on Boeing planes do.

Engines can be outside of the circle to reduce noise and airplane can have normal stabilizer on the back to control it. But extra weight makes it useless.

It’s not the most optimized use of surface area because the vertical curve sections dont add lift. Unlike a conventional cantilever wing where almost all of its surface area do provide lift
