Hi Doctor Appreciates the detailed information regarding BPH. I a week ago had the symptoms like having to urinate immediately unable to hold for a bit but didn't pass off since I was at home, it happened only after I wake up. Other times it was normal not that intense. I had been to the Medical Specialist who had a usg scan which suggests some calcification and enlarged prostate.He advised a capsule at night for 30 days, by the week itself I feel so great. That urgent urination feeling has vanished, but I feel the basic problem would be there like the calcification. Since 2, 3 months I don't have a regular bowel movement, it's like the pressure doesn't come in lower bowel until a the day after or two. What might be the problem, no other discomforts, pain or indigestion. When I take laxatives no issue it passes no problem but I don't wish to make it a habit using laxatives. Always regularly walking and do exercise also eats fiber containing food salads etc. This has become a real issue now. Iam 61 years old retired man. Iam also type 2 diabetic under control, Could you please give some advise. Appreciate, God bless 🙏✍
