Biggest parenting regret!

My biggest parenting regret to date! 😣

I am having a really hard time forgiving myself for this one but I am working so hard on letting go of the guilt and moving forward and doing damage control.

My heart will forever ache remembering those cries! 😢 It didn’t feel right and I should’ve listened to my instincts but I didn’t know any better at the time.

Now I am working hard on providing her with that sense of safety that she lost when I left her to cry it out. But i have to keep looking forward and do better for the both of us. I am glad I learned from my mistake and didn’t do it again with my second child.
