Training summary of week 10 of my Movember Prep + my trip up Ben Lomond.

Training for:
1/11/2019: 6,890m of lunges.
17/11/2019: 13 hour AMRAP.
29-30/11/2019: 94 mile run from Loch Lomond to Edinburgh.

My aim: to take myself into dark places to try and show some men the light.
Having suffered from severe depression 2014-16, I attempted suicide in May 2016. I suffered in total silence throughout the entire period, and can now reflect on how different things could have been had I been open with my struggle, and ignored the stigma that inhibits men from talking about the tough stuff. A few words go a long way, and my message is simple: be a man of more words, as talking saves lives.

is zone 2 60-70% of max heart rate, or is it 75%? I've heard you say 75% is best before, but that seems quite high for zone 2?
