I wanted to share that after about a month of watching your videos, my massage therapist told me that my back is no longer locked up with knots and am not walking around so full of tension and stress anymore...which is amazing as I have had this condition for quite a few years now, and many massage therapists all said I needed a lot of work and had serious stuff going on that I was holding onto. I think there are other factors at play here, like intentionally working to release harmful entities attached to my energy field, via meditation...which I have been having some success with lately, and as I have not been able to pay for a massage in a long time, I definitely think that your videos have helped me let go of a lot of emotional stuff that would have probably lead to disease in my body at some point if I hadn't let it go. Can't thank you enough Lourdes. I'm so very relieved to have received this feedback today! :) She said she couldn't find ANY knots or trigger points in my back and I seemed very relaxed...which is amazing for me. I had A LOT of stuff I was holding onto.

Hi Frank, You are right about the feeling being overwhelmed having to do with the Base and Solar Plexus. Sometimes the feeling of being overwhelmed has to do with the "monkey mind" and that would be the Crown Chakra too.

Hi Frank, You are welcome. I suggested the Solar Plexus for people who may not trust their own intuition. In this case, learning to listen to the gut feelings is a matter of trust and this video can benefit them. Hope this explanation helps!

I have been working intensively with your recordings. In abundant gratitude for your work I report the medical appointments this week showed pronounced improvement in several test results that were concerns before! I still have some challenges but will continue. Could you please do reiki for peripheral neuropathy, healing after toxic mesh removal where the body installed layers of fat around internal organs to protect them, removing toxic radioactive chemicals from 3 MRIs and one for family inheritance pattern of pancreatic cancer? And lastly losing all retirement funds from surgery and medical bills? Thank you for all the blessings you have bestowed here. May it come back to you 10 million times!
