I am taking out all my self doubt..I am constantly recieving this mesmerizing healing.. my subconscious listens to the music and the message and works on it. Further by taking out all the negative thoughts, the power to overthink negatively and all that my body and mind doesn't require. I release the self doubt, I allow myself to have an inner self belief that I can do anything faster than anyone. I am confident. I know I can do it.
