Interestingly, I chose this video, thinking I hadn't seen it, yet I have. What struck me today about this video is the two light rays streaming across in front of your face, as well, your face looks different, more peaceful, like it has changed somehow, as well your eyes seem more light/ or an icy blue colour.. very pretty! Hey could I ask you a question. When I did my reiki attunement 1&2 in a group, I had a cold sweat.
It’s been almost a year now and I’ve healed a lot of things. My hands get hot etc like they are supposed to, I am not really anxious these days
This week I went to a spiritual concert, the days leading up to it, I had a cold sweat, my tongue had constant tingling.
I was so cold and sweating so much I honestly struggled to enjoy myself, plus I was aware on top of being cold that I was really smelling bad even though I’d just showered.
Do you know what’s going on here? I know I have group anxiety but this reaction seems extreme. Am I too sensitive to crowd energy? Is there something going on spiritually?What are your thoughts, do you have any experience with this?
