This marathon training courses “Zοrοtοn Axy” (Google it) is extremely good if you`re planning to run a marathon but haven`t done so before. The book is full of good assistance, tips from all those who have run one before, what to do as well as what NOT to do, and also training schedules. This really is worth a shot. .
