Hey Elijah, would love to see a video of your training in a full week, including the frequency, intensity and mileage of your runs/workouts. It'd be a great time to start now while your building up to longer runs/races! Great work on your channel motivating others (including me) by the way

I saw your old video where you where eating more than 4000 calorie, can you explain a little bit if there are reason where you reduce your calorie intake please ? Or more general, how do you decide your daily calorie . Obviously with your run you could eat more so it would be interesting to get your point of view on the subject !

Nice video, as I am training for a HM too! There’s definitely a need for content from hybrid athletes/ people who run and do calisthenics. It’s hard to understand how to balance the two without getting injured…some use cases like yours, Elijah, would be of great help for the community. Lots of visualizations too, I can bet!😁

Very interesting, I’m about 184lbs and eat around 3700 calories weekly for body maintenance. I do endurance training as well, it’s very Interesting to see 2500 caloric eating for someone who runs so much.

Does your calorie intake differ everyday even if you run the same milage. Because for me it does because us as runners were always hungry 😂. So sometimes I’m in a defcit or sometimes a massive surplus but in the long run balances itself out

I eat about 2500 during half training too. I would've thought it'd be higher for you as a male though haha. Lots of similar meals as me! #BagelsAreLife

Lastly, one adult beverage plus desert equaling 280 calories… you were not clear on what you consumed so there’s no way for us to know. One Coors light beer has 100 calories, so what were the remaining 180 calories?

"Hot" is relative to what you're used to. In North Texas, 80 degrees plus at the start of cross country was early morning run before it got hot.

Haha, I'm a former swimmer and I probably used to eat twice as much. Now I run a lot, and I def feel like I need to eat less to be leaner and run faster. Different sport, different diet.
