1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 inch turmeric and 1/2 inch ginger in 8 ounces of warm water blended will even cure a cold but good for everything including clearing arteries.

Being in pain for two days now taking pain killers for my arm, shoulder, neck, basically all my upper left side. Worried it migh be heart attack. Saw this video about and our ago and went in my kitchen and had a half tea spoon of cinnamon, then make some chamomile, anis seed tea and tood a green tea pill. I hope this will work... also praying besides I receive a health prayer blessing. I have faith all this will work together and Im am healthy again soon.

Yet another very informative video. Thank you for your work in bringing us critical information on our health. I’m most interested in your heart health videos at this time in my life. I’ve been informed that I need a quadruple bypass surgery! It’s sure not what anyone wants to hear!I hardly ever eat fast food or junk food but hereditary play a bigger part than most people think. I am now making a list of the various herbs so I can ask my Cardiologist if I can use them. I know it’s so important to ask because of the risk of interactions with prescription medications.

Our ancesters were hunters /gatherers, if they didnt hunt they didn't eat, there was nothing processed, they were not spoilt greedy, indulgent or obese, they didn't drive anywhere so used their bodies properly, they didn't spend their days sitting, they walked miles in a day their lifestyles were nothing like ours now .Arteries can clog for reasons other than processed food /dairy /refined sugars, to begin with excess levels of calcium can block the arteries .of course then there's genetic/environmental factors .Herbs have always been grown, picked and eaten, they are nutritious, fibrous and our ancesters included them in their diets, we still have them now and should always include them in our diets .Basil, Tyme, Mint, Sage, camomile and more are all part of the modern diet anyway .Nothings new, everything goes in a circle .Moderation for everything gives the body equalibriam .The Western diet is the worst in the world .

I knew there was something about ginger! Even my naturopath looked at me side-eyed when I told her I add it to my coffee. Takes getting used to, but it boosts whatever methods you already use for lowering blood pressure.
