Mac Swift - CoreData Import Export with Text File

After converted C# RestSharp App to VB.net,
I reversed the process, converted  my old
ltsMiniAudio From VB.net to C#.

I estimated, it will take 2 days, but after changing
some UI and correct some errors, it took 4 days.
And, it is not finished.

SQLite and CoreData, not really compatible,
so, i decided to use a very old method,
(It is ok?  when only Text and Numbers were involved)
For text file, 10K record, will took  10+ seconds.
And, it took minutes or hour to do, ha, older days.

30+ years or older, old method, still useful, today.

Swift 5 snippets,
and a sample Formatted Text file 
(approx. 350 records).
