What hydration are your loaves normally? I so far have only done Tartine and it's so sticky, making me feel so frustrated cause it's so sticky.. your dough seems so manageable🥹

Mine is usually too wet and sticks to the counter 😢. Any advice?

I do that, dough sticks to my fingers. If I use more flour, it doesn't stick to itself. Still trying to figure it out here.

I’m perplexed by the fact that it’s dry enough to slide on the counter top with a light flouring but still sticks when you stitch it. Mine is impossibly sticky and difficult to handle and it still doesn’t stick when stitching.

Is that all I had to do? My recipe said to pull & twist. So I was like what the heck is pull & twist? So I pulled it out like bubble gum; held it w/ one hand from the top & spinned it like a spin top & repeated it like 10 times. 😠 😂 I guess if it doesn't rise again - I can assume it didn't work.

Almost every shaping video is this way. You can watch it many times but when you standing there shaping, it becomes hard to remember as you need to invert it as well 😊

Cant lie, having to watch this 30 times because you did it so fast and i couldn't keep up/couldn't pause in time, kind of sucked
