I love how easy thus bread comes together! I doubled the recipe and I added just 50 gr of whole wheat flour and 25 gr of ground flax. So happy with this recipe, thank you!!

Hi there. I have your beautiful Artisan Sourdough cookbook and made the Country Farmhouse White Loaf today. It’s looking fabulous after the initial bulk ferment ( I did 8 hours) and I’ve just shaped as you’ve shown in this video, thank you! my question ... It’s really late and I’d like to cook it tomorrow. Will I ruin it if I place in fridge over night, proof the final stage in the morning then bake?

Hi Emile, can you tell me how deep the tin is you are using for this loaf. Instructions say to let it rise 1" above tin. My tin is quite deep. The measurements of tin are not in the instructions. Many thanks!
