Extreme Cold Start to Surviving 3rd Winter of Arctic Van Life, Waiting for Snow Storm Cozy Camping

Starting the 2025 Arctic Winter Van Life Tour. Freezing Cold Temperatures as I prepare to hunker down & meet the first Snow Storm Camping on the Mountain Plateau. This is the 1st episode of my 3rd Winter living full time in my cozy luxury van in the arctic. There have been snow storms, hurricanes and blizzards in many parts of the country and as I spent some time getting the van serviced and fixing the glow plug issue I was a bit late to start so I missed a couple of massive blizzards in the van. But here we go, off to the north again!

This is my complete last weeks of Winter Van Life in extreme conditions in the North, living in a van during freezing temperatures. I Started in January & lived & survived through the whole winter season of snowy winter adventures from January to April, with snow storms, massive blizzards, extreme cold, extreme snowfall, slippery roads and some amazing winter beauty as well.
I show you what I learned from my last extreme winter weeks in the van, and also ask you for your opinion and advice.

Hi Jarl! I can’t believe I finally caught one that you just loaded 1 hour ago. Snow loves you! In Great Lakes area and upstate NY they’re still getting snow I believe. Even snow thunder effect, I believe their forecasted 5-6 ft. We were lucky on Cape Cod SE MA. we got rain.

Those sunset-colours are splendid. But what a desolation, what a silence, and what.... a cold, I can feel it from my warm armchair ... Your van-home becomes more and more cosy, with the little candlelight-houses and their pretty shadows. You've got more and more little lamps, I love your coloured kissen and the superwarm lama-blanket... You could have added some paprika-powder and some chicken-herbs in powder, always tastful.... They call it french fries, but only my own country Belgium is famous for its authentic "pommes frites", .... That seems to be a good start in your carreer of "King of Winter-Wonderland" season 2024-2025 ! Good luck Jarl !

Congratulations on your 100, 000 subscriber plaque! Of we learned last year when the it was a white out and snow was blowing sideways so strongly! It was all blowing thru the vents or windows. Idk which or both.

I recommend getting a proper grillmask for cold weather to keep the engine at optimal temperature. Prolongs the engine health.
