When she was 7 years old I thought it just happened

I had a incident one time when I was sleeping but I think I woke up unconsciously, to hearing screams but not physically through my ear but more through my head and I was so scared that I kept dreaming that I went to my mums room, but every time I flinched I felt the actual reality and realised I was still in my bed. I felt like I couldn’t move no matter how hard I tried to wake up, I just kept dreaming that I went to my mums room and I think at one point I finally woke up fully and ran over. That was the scariest moment of my life.
